Elizabeth M. Pieroth, PsyD, ABPP, MPH
Board Certified Clinical Neuropsychologist
Dr. Pieroth is an award-winning, board-certified clinical neuropsychologist and thought leader in concussion and traumatic brain injury (TBI). She has more than 30 years of experience evaluating and treating individuals with TBI and has published extensively in the areas of concussion and neuropsychological assessment.
Prior to her recent relocation to South Carolina, Dr. Pieroth served as Director of the Concussion Program at Rush University Medical Center/Midwest Orthopedics at Rush. For more than two decades, she was the concussion specialist to multiple professional sports organizations, including the Chicago Bears, Blackhawks, White Sox, Fire, and Stars.
Dr. Pieroth currently serves as Director of the NFL Neuropsychology Consultants Program and the Director of the Concussion Programs for both the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) and the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL). She is a frequent national speaker on concussion and traumatic brain injury, including a TEDx talk addressing concussion treatment.
